2. Do you offer customization?
Yes. We offer OEM/ODM services. Custom size, color, surface finish, logo, and packaging are all available.
3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is around 500–2000 pieces per model. For stock items or samples, smaller quantities may be accepted.
4. Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. We can provide free standard samples; the shipping cost is usually paid by the buyer.
5. What’s your lead time?
Usually 7–15 working days for standard items, 15–25 days for custom orders.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide by sea, air, or express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.), or to your forwarder in China.
